Bawku (U/E), July 27, GNA-The Bawku Municipality Assembly (BMA) has commended the Feeder Roads Area Engineer, Mr. Benjamin Letsu, for his hard work and dedication to duty to ensure that all accessible roads were in good shape.

In a statement signed by the Coordinating Director, Mr. David Bakari, on behalf the Chief Executive, said, "your exemplary qualities in the supervision of projects has put the Assembly in the lime-light to admiration of the assembly members".

It stated that due to his sense of humour and commitment to duty he has managed to open up most communities in the area that he surprisingly mentioned at his fingertips even though he is not a native. It expressed the hope that he would continue his good work to raise the image of the assembly to higher levels.

Mr. Letsu, on his part thanked BMA for the honour done him and added that this will motivate him to increase his work output to make the roads in rural communities more accessible and motor able for transportation of goods and services. He said he enjoys doing his work well and therefore appealed to other heads of departments to follow suit in order to improve the living condition of the people they serve.
