Zenith Bank to continue to serve customers - MD

Mr Daniel Asiedu, Managing Director, Zenith Bank Ghana Limited, says the Bank would continue to initiate innovative and strategic measures to provide cutting edge technological banking solutions to its cherish customers.

He said the Bank's prowess in providing excellent customer service and track record of innovation has not gone unnoticed and over the years, it has won both local and international awards.

Mr Asiedu was speaking during the Bank's 10th Anniversary celebration health walk on the theme: "Zenith at 10-A Decade of History Made with You,” to create awareness on healthy living among its staff and customers.

He said the Zenith health walk has become a lifestyle and expressed appreciation to customers, staff and partners for the patronage over the years.

He said this year, the Bank has been named the Best Banking Group in Ghana by the World Finance Magazine and also adjudged the Best Corporate Bank, Best e-commerce Bank and Best Customer Service Bank by the Global Banking and Finance Review for 2015.

He said since its inception in 2005, Zenith Bank has become a Bank of choice for both corporate entities and individuals, who seek to satisfy their banking needs with innovative products and services.

Mr Aseidu said the Bank is living up to its name and growing stronger and stronger each year, adding: “We look forward to the future with confidence and deep sense of appreciation of the tremendous opportunities ahead."

He commended customers for their loyalty and unflinching support in doing business with the Bank all these years.

Mr Aseidu assured customers that the Bank would continue to be innovative and creative in delivering exceptional services to serve them better.

The walk started at the Accra Sports Stadium, went through the Kwame Nkrumah Circle to Nima traffic light on the King Tachie Twiah overpass to Ridge hospital back to the Stadium.

The 10-kilometre walk saw more than 1,000 participants, consisting of staff of Latex Foam, Dannex Limited and Minerals Commission.
