The Bureau of National Investigations, according to sources, is likely to invite the managers of Muntie FM for questioning, for allowing the station’s airwaves to be used to threaten justices of the Supreme Court.

Two panellists, who appeared on the Accra-based private radio station last week, were picked up by the BNI on Sunday for questioning.

While Alistair Nelson has apologised for the comments, Godwin Ako Gunn denied ever being in the studios of the station on the day that the alleged threats were issued.

The threats were condemned by the Ghana Bar Association, who urged the security authorities, in a statement, to arrest the two. The Media Foundation for West Africa also issued a statement condemning the threats on the judges.
