Thirteen people have been arrested for impersonation as candidates in the ongoing West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) at Oda in the Eastern Region.
The culprits were writing the examination for other candidates.
Public Relations Manager of West African Examinations Council (WAEC), Agnes Teye Cudjoe, told GBC's Felix Cofie, that the 13 arrested students were from various tertiary institutions.
She said they have been handed over to the Police for investigation.
Madam Teye Cudjoe said though the Council has not had reports of irregularities, they are waiting for reports from their officers as to how the entire examination process went.
