Ransford Selassi named in Pescara pre-season squad

Ghanaian youngster Ransford Selassi is among 31 players invited by Pescara coach Massimo Oddo for pre-season training.

The budding midfielder and his teammates are expected to arrive in Palena (Chieti) on Thursday, 14 July.

Selasi made 20 appearances for Biancazzurra, who beat Trapani in the promotion play-off to qualify for the Serie A.

The 19-year-old has emerged on the radar of Italian Serie B side Trapani.

Head coach Serse Cosmi is keen on landing the technically gifted teenager.
