Liberty can beat Kotoko – Sarfo

Liberty Professionals captain, Samuel Sarfo, has expressed confidence that his side will pick the three maximum points against Asante Kotoko on Saturday, 13 August in the Ghana Premier League (GPL).

Liberty will host the Porcupine Warriors at the Dansoman Carl Reindorf Park on match day 24 of the GPL.

Speaking to Class Sports, Sarfo said his side was eager to pick the maximum points at home after losing 1-3 to Kotoko in the first round.

“…We are not going to play against the world’s best footballers like Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi, and the rest; I think it is a normal team that we are going to play against, and we can beat them,” he told Murtala Ibrahim.

Kotoko, who have struggled in recent times, will be boosted by Sunday’s win over Dreams FC at the Baba Yara Stadium to reproduce the win against Liberty Professionals.
