Fatau Dauda trains during the Xmas break

Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda maintained his fitness during the Christmas and New Year festivities with beach workouts.

The AshantiGold gloves man traveled to Accra after players of the club were given permission to join their families during the yuletide period.

All players were however given a strict training program to adhere to in ensuring they maintain a level of fitness on their return.

Dauda, a former player of South African club Orlando Pirates chose to spend his time at the beach working out.

Ashgold has a date with Bejaia Maloudia of Algeria in the CAF Champions league and are hence living no stone unturned in their quest to get all their players in shape.are
