Blue Group Company wins topmost award at Ghana Business Quality and Pride Awards

Blue Group Company (BGC) has emerged the overall winner at the 2019 Ghana Business Quality and Pride Awards.

The Group won the award for the Best Business Icon of the Year at a ceremony held on Saturday, November 9 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra.

The company operates diverse businesses in Ghana and offers its clients a one-stop- solution for a variety of services including real estate purchasing, design, development and marketing of large scale residential and commercial projects.

Organised by the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Ghana (EFG) under the auspices of the Ministry of Business Development, with endorsement from Ghana Standard Authority, the third edition of the Ghana Business Quality awards was under the theme: “Promoting International Quality Business through Strategic Partnership for Economic Growth”.

The event recognised regional business and corporate Icons as the business pride of their native regions, marketing, advertising and promotion of international premium quality products and services in Ghana.

As well as the businesses representing their various countries brands that have met the standards of quality, deserving of praise and commendation from consumers and the public in general.

*Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) won the Premium Quality Bank award.

*GOIL Company Limited won the Premium Quality Oil and Gas award.

*Vodafone won the award for the Leading Mobile Telecommunications Group.

*The Multimedia Group of Companies won the award for the First Direct Satellite TV station.



*Goldfields won the Mining Pride Business award.

*AKAI Electrical won the Best in Electricals award.

*Toyota won the Most Popular and Durable Best-Selling Automobile Brand award.

*Premier Health Insurance won the Premium Health Quality award.

*Apple Technology won the Most Authentic Electronic Brand award.

*SSNIT won the Best Public Sector award.

*Star Life Assurance won the Excellent Customer Service award.

*VOKACOM won the Best Designing GPS award.



*Holy Trinity Spa won the award for Quality Self Delivery in Health Awareness.

*BONDS Savings and Loans won the award for Effective Financial Services.

*JOSHOB won the award for Improving Rural and Urban Infrastructure in Ghana.

*MANET won the award for the Premium Quality Real Estate and Office Property.

*Bel-Aqua won the award for Quality Bottled Water.

*Jack Daniels won the award for Top-Selling American Whisky.

*Nyonkopa Ghana won the award for Leading Manufacturing of High-Quality Chocolate and Cocoa Products.

*B5 Plus won the award for Manufacturing of High-Quality Iron and Steel Products.
