Ghanaian champions Aduana Stars will be chasing their first win in the 2018 CAF Confederation Cup as they host AS Vita Club of DR Congo on Wednesday.

Aduana Stars are yet to pick a win after losing their first group game to ASEC Mimosas and drawing 3-3 with Raja Casablanca at home, in their second game.

With a win and a draw on their part, the Congolese top Group A ahead of ASEC and Raja Casablanca.

They could be in pole position of making it to the quarter-final if they scalp the Ghanaian side.

But the Ogya boys have been given a fresh breath of energy with the appointment of former Inter Allies and Hearts of Oak gaffer Kenichi Yatsuhashi as Yusif Abubakar’s replacement.

The match will be played at the Agyemang Badu Stadium. Kick-off is at 1:00pm.
