A day, that these court were mourning and remembering such an inhumane act, was the day these three Montie FM potential killers were protesting and threatening the court.

Most of the NDC politicians have no moral and ethic values. They are simply interest oriented.

Mr. Ofosu Ampofo and all who are pleading for Mercy for the MuntieFM felons and criminals , you are hypocrites. Why are you not going around the country pleading the cause of all convicted persons that Judges temper their their sentences with Mercy? Why plead for only those involve with the MuntieFM ? These MuntieFM criminals have been found GUILTY.. Allow justice to take its course in the sentencing phase. Only the President can offer mercy through a pardon under our constitution. These guilty criminals must be sentenced as the law allows and if it a time in jail so be it! They must not be afforded any special treatment . The law must not be seen to be applied differently to any persons under our constitution . The poor guy who goes to jail for stealing food due to hunger is no different from fools who goes on the radio to threaten to kill and rape judges.
Throw the weight of the law at them. Leniency may be seen as a travesty in the administration of justice under our constitution.
Mr Ofosu Ampofo your pleadings must be for law and order to prevent potential civil strife. The MontieFM felons are not special under our constitution and laws.

You are pleading for the Court to be lenient and at the same time implying that it has been their habit to be nothing but lenient. Courts are not there to show leniency but to be seen to be firm with the law for the welfare of the State in general.
