You call a government set up just for 2 months incompetent or you just don't understand the word? I don't blame you because you haven't been to where good governance is, the only government you know is the ndc government which had 86 ministers who failed potooooo so you wouldn't understand the extent of damage done the country and how many hands are needed to get the work done on time. Ndc are blind and don't want to learn so don't know anything and won't know either. What ndc forget is most of these ministers are from parliament and there is no extra pay for them. What ndc don't know is about 90% of the ministers will get their pay from parliament because they are mps and only 10% will get salary. If ndc know of this but have blinded their eyes just for propaganda and political talk then may they be blind and be in their political talk with no sense and stay in opposition forever. Ndc shouldn't dream of power any moment from now because the evil of the NPP is the best of the ndc so Ghanaians will prefer the evil to the ndc best of create loot and share. Continue to stay in opposition with bitterness and depression. Ghana will move forward, Ghana will be built again,if it bothers you then you can relocate and come back after 40 years when ndc may be no more. Hahahaha enjoy your opposition with sorrows,bitterness and depression.

If the appontees are MPs a fool like you doesn't know there is a difference in salaries of MP and a minister. So the difference must now be topped up for the MP so that he takes the higher pay of minister. The police, extre allowances, free fuel, the V8 must be added to arrive at the cost to the state. Does a minister go round with only one vehicle? The convoy and escorts will use free fuel. Idiots like these NPP supporters don't even think far yet the claim to be competent. In time of crises as NPP has made us believe, every businessman will employ few to cut down wages and overheads to enable it achieve better results. Achieving good results with fewer hands defines competence, not a bloated workforce with duplication of jobs. An incompetent bunch therefore is that which needs an elephant size(bloated) workforce to achieve set objectives in modern times. Stealing our scarce resources using the powers given the president on appointment of cabinet ministers. A wicked and insensitive government out to dupe us and worsen an already bad situation. Just look at the increase in fuel prices and the depreciating currency of ours.

Infact it's disadvantages far out weigh any advantage being envisage by the government. I agree with the views of that organisation and let's nobody read politics into it. I don't care much about the size of the government. What is important is that the size of the ambition and vision should be right sized to deliver real transformation and I believe the NPP has done so. After appointing all ministers and deputies I would like to see the different parts government organise itself properly to work in harmony to coordinate, delivery and track results. This is not work that can be delivered in sepetate silos no matter how well intentioned and competent people who lead the various work streams. For once let's stop the amateurish planning and execution where individuals set their own priorities and announce or label them as part of governments strategy.
