This is a heart-warming letter. I agree with you on most points, except "What men can do, women can do better". As a woman and unapologetic feminist, I think it is disingenuous and contrary to the message we are trying to spread of gender equity. Yes, women are better at certain jobs than men and vice versa, but we are not in competition here, all we are asking for is equity, ie if I am as qualified as the man I work with, I deserve the same pay he does (just one example).
