I don't think Kojo Oppong Nkrumah understands what he was reading. When there is a criminal case as he cited, the Auditor General's duty is to submit the case to the Attorney General. After review by the AG, she will then order the IGP to arrest the suspect. What do we see now? The AG is Nana Addict cousin and incompetent, then it will go to the IGP, Nana Addict's half brother who is incompetent. The auditor General is not a lawyer or police. Okay? It appears Kojo Nkrumah doesn't read or understand. So he is more or less semi literate.
