    Presidents no matter how politically correct want to reign. The ruling part is too hard. All they want is to be present at parades, events and parties. That is why they want to appoint even the custodian at the local level.

    The president is the most powerful powerful person appointing almost everybody. The constitution has to be amended to reduce the powers of the president.
