Even some voltarians were complaining about Togolese using NHIS to register in some villages bordering Togo and I heard a lady crying out to Adomfm from the volta region that her father comes from that village before the 2012 elections so what are you people talking about and do you think they will continue to follow you when you abandon their region any time you use them to get power? I don't care about who they vote for but its not proper for the ndc to be doing this uncivilised politics in this century. You people are too primitive that even our donor countries don't understand you hence monies meant for Ghana are being held. Why are you afraid of free and fare elections?
