The project was never terminated. CP just stopped work when Kufuor came to power.
When Kufuor left he presented a claim based on termination by Kufuor admininstration.
Mills , Mahama and the entire cabinet looked on and Betty Mould approved to pay 94m Euro ---$120m --500m Cedis just like that.
They never consulted the Road authorities. They never consulted Kufuor administration.

The facts speak for themselves , for example before NDC took over we had the rating of a an A- or AAB with a tendency to a A+ of AAA rating , today we are a C- heading for a D due to reckless borrowing , gross mismanagement and institutionalized corruption which has stopped all investments even from our own Akan dominated diaspora. This hopeless fools deep down hope for an authoritarian dictatorship as it only in these systems of governance that soldiers and police directly control the affairs of governance at the expense of the people . Democracy or plurality of thought is considered a threat and atrocities against humanity their every thrill. The institutions of state are so weakened by the corruption that things are falling apart right in front of our eyes and we see disaster after disaster occurring.Dumsor,flooding, and bankruptcy around the corner and yet they still instead of resigning are hoping for another term. Ministers(Avoka)are so incompetent that one minister had his son go for army training as all they know is how to chop Ghana's money,none know how to make it.Kuffuor sold our gold field so the tens of billions that leave the country every year is not invested in the economy and this govt can not not create a law that will force them to keep the money here or tax them 90% of the profits as they do not know the wealth of the nation must belong to the people of the nation . Rather they fantasize of laws just to limit the freedoms of the people and cause more hardship.We Akans must remain steadfast and make sure we exit this nightmare of a mess called Ghana unified for the future our children as this can never be repaired or fixed

Primitive stinking ideology of a dying man with stupid ambition to occupy the space called the “the presidency” shall all end in 2016. He thought it is as easy as peddling cocaine and making use of it in the secret places where he thinks no one will see him.
This man has no conscience or integrity he only fakes his way into everything but least knows what entails to be called a head of state. In broad day light in his party office; officials who were conducting democratic exercise were butchered in his name.
Just as has been his demeanour of keeping silent on all crimes levelled against him from being certificate less, Drug baron, Drug user, and womaniser, son of a traitor, drill ship thievery and his involvement in the release of drug baron from jail only Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo can tell; till now he has made no comment about this heinous act.
His public speeches are out of date and have no connection with current trends of social developments. He is more manual than mechanical. I wonder if he knows how to use computers or modern applications soft wares. Ghana needs to move forward we don’t need a retarded man who has no achievement in life than living on ill gotten booty bequeathed to him by his father. He thinks democracy means insulting and using foul language against your opponent and cause disaffection in society forgetting that there is something called conscience. It is God who makes people to discern and cause them also to make changes for the good of humankind. If Nana Addo has a clear conscience God will make his wish come through but Alas!!! It will be well for Sodom and Gomorrah than for him to force his will on the people. Every town, village and hamlet in Gonjaland has received a facelift with new facilities such as roads, toilet facilities, markets, mosques, good quality water projects, electricity extension projects, etc. The question is did J. J. Rawlings do the same thing to Voltarians when he was in power for twenty years? What about Atta Mills. The good old Prof was in power for three and a half years yet he was not selfish to only concentrate on his people in Ekumfi Etuam and the central Region but rather his whole thought was for the general good. No wonder under the care of Prez Mills, Ghana achieved a growth rate of 11%, single digit inflation and the smooth implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy where newly recruited police personnel received the nominal equivalence of 500dollars as monthly salary. Compare these achievements to the nepotism and selfish policies of the Mahama government that has crippled the Ghanaian economy. I really weep for Ewes and Fantis whose votes brought Mahama to power and yet are the hardest hit by the current hardship prevailing in the country.
