You should therefore not blame the Kuffuor administration for the HIPIC. It was due to the maladministration of the Rawlings era. I'm a US Citizen,who works for a large company and was encouraging my co-workers to do the same. It's very shameful and embarrassing to see a country like Ghana going to the IMF for bailout. Bailout from what?I'm not a politician,but i know what happens to countries who take the IMF money. That money is going to the pockets of those greedu bastards at the expense of poor Ghanaians. Election is 2017so they don't care,enough time to take all that money. By the time the new government is sworn in (and there will be a new President ) the treasury will be empty. Life will be much harder for locals.It's a shame what Ghana has become .
