    That was the spirit behind the District Assembly elections. But will politician adhere to this call. The partisanship is indeed killing the District Assembly concept

    Non-partisanship of District Assembly elections is so first century. When koraa is Ghana going to do anything proactive, or face reality and move full scare into partisan District Assembly polls?
