And basically through the mismanagement of the GAA, a true Ghanaian medallist has been destroyed. Secondly they required her SHS results and cert. She declined. The next moment she claimed on air that someone from GAA is demanding 7,000 before the scholarship is given. GAA is asking her to name the official for a disciplinary action to be taken. Please understand the issues before you blame GAA. She is an amateur and not professional. She has appointed someone to be her manager. That alone disqualify you from scholarship. She has been advised to stop it but the people around her are the problem. If she wants to be a professional then the so called manager must provide all her needs not GAA. Martha must answer all those questions asked by GAA

It is much better to hear each party's concerns from the horse's own mouth than hear it from different media houses. I disagree that Martha and the people around her are the only problem. Refusing to talk to them is also a problem since you won't to know at first hand, what their concerns are. It was a great opportunity to uncover who allegedly demanded money from them. If there's no witness on her side of the table, how can she guarantee that any statement released after the talks would be a true representation of what transpired. Prof, be a bigger person and call another meeting and let her come with whoever she wants so we can all find out who the bad nut at the GAA is!

Does' it also go that no official is bigger than the GAA? If she's not very knowledgeable about sports administration, isn't is prudent that she attends a meeting of such importance with someone she could trust and is relatively knowledgeable? I don't believe Prof Dodoo will allow anybody to take a bribe to from any athlete. But for sanity sake, Prof, meet with whoever she comes with to meetings between the two parties. Where's the indiscipline in demanding that your agent be present at a very important meeting? Someone should educate me on this, please, because I don't get it.
