I think many of the people on the list are based in Ghana like John Osei Kofi, Seklorwu, Ofori-Asante, Robert Anaak, Awal Mohammed, Malik Yakubu, Awudu Bachela, Janet Mensah, Salome Agyei, Helen Masotuo, Sakat Lariba, Elizabe ... read full comment

Given my proximity to GAA i assume you are referring to me i.e., Andrew Owusu. You may also be talking about the recent passing of Abrefah (110m hurdles). In the interest of being respectful of his passing, i will keep this simple. For the past 18 months or so, GAA has been publishing weekly rankings for Ghanaian athletes. Therefore i am perplexed concerning the connection you are trying to make. Second, an explicit offer was made to help disseminate information (send out to various platforms) on Abrefah's passing and requested for a write-up and funeral plans. I was in Tuscaloosa (where Abrefah lived) within a week of his passing and even attempted to pay my respects to his partner but could not due to her work schedule.
Please if you have some personal beef with me, leave Abrefah out of it and get straight to the point i.e., why you don't like me. Abrefah and i were roommates at one point in Alabama. Do not disrespect his memory by trying to drag his name into your personal issues with me. There is nothing more irritating than fake grief and blind assumption that someone feels less about the passing of friend based on criteria set by another.

Find another platform to solve your differences. This is pure foolishness.

That is a very low blow, Cool and whatever you call yourself. Andrew just ignore this guy who is not bold enough to write his name. Just continue with the good work. Kudos!

GAA rankings should feature home-based athletes. We also have very good athletes recording good times.

Ghana's Jordan Yamoah a pole vaulter is also making records in the US.Why is GAA not taking him to championships to win medals for Ghana?
