AW8 Casino Singapore review (formerly AceWin8 Casino)

About 20 promotions sit across eight tabs on the AW8 Casino promotions page. The 140% Welcome Bonus for new members gets the top card. The FAQ tells a different story: a 150% match up to SGD 1,500, a 208% game-specific bonus and SGD 10 free credit. An on-site announcement also promises new members a free SGD 1,888. These do not agree with each other. Read the card you are actually activating.

We cannot quote wagering, minimum deposit or maximum withdrawal for any deposit bonus. Those are printed on banner images or shown only after login. The general terms fill part of the gap:

• Bonuses are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise; unmet turnover removes the bonus and its winnings.

• Only slots and live tables count towards turnover unless a promotion says otherwise.

• Only settled win or lose bets count, and bonus turnover earns no rebate.

Regular play earns more than the welcome deal:

• Rebates: 4% daily on slots and an instant rebate of up to 0.7% on sports and live casino.

• Daily offers: a Daily Reload Bonus of up to SGD 300, a daily sign-in reward and a Daily Valid Bet SGD 88 reward.

• New member drops: 7-day, 15-day and 30-day lucky bonuses.

• Angpao Rain: red-packet drops every 2 hours, with rewards of up to 3,888, plus Saturday giveaways and a Lucky Spin.

• Lucky Streaks: up to SGD 1,888 on a live baccarat streak or a soccer betting streak.

• Referral: SGD 48 per friend (“Refer 1 Get 48, Refer 5 Get 88”), with commission advertised up to SGD 2,888,000.

There is a Weekly Rescue Bonus on net losses as well. Further down the promotions page you will find generic welcome text. It is leftover template copy and does not match the live cards.

AW8 VIP programme

VIP runs from Silver to Diamond, and AW8 gaming rewards grow with each tier. Beyond the daily rebates VIP rewards include tier rebates of 0.3%–1.0%, birthday bonuses of up to SGD 518 and priority support. There is a VIP Upgrade Bonus of up to SGD 5,888 too, and a VIP Transfer Plan that carries your status over from another brand. Tier thresholds are only visible after login.

Signing up takes a few minutes on a phone or laptop. Use the official site only; copycat links do the rounds in unofficial groups.

AW8 Casino allows one account per person, household or IP address. A duplicate account loses its bonuses and winnings. The operator can also ask for photo ID before paying out, so register under your real name.

The AW8 login is a username and password. Forgot the password? The reset link goes to your registered email or mobile number. The support Telegram bot can open a new account too, or link an existing one. When the main address is blocked, ask the support team for the current official link instead of searching for mirrors.

The AW8 app is an Android download from the official site. The FAQ talks about Android and iOS, App Store and Google Play, yet the site shows no store links at all. Install from the official page only, never from a file someone shares in a chat group.

On a phone the gaming experience is close to desktop. You can skip the app and use the mobile browser instead; a chooser on load asks whether you want the desktop or mobile layout. Either way you get the full lobby with the cashier and promotions. Live dealer streams eat data, so get on Wi-Fi before a long baccarat session.

In its FAQ and app pages the brand calls itself Aw8 Pro. Same site, longer name. One practical tip: set a deposit limit before installing, and turn off promotional alerts if they nudge you to play more.

Tabs in the AW8 online casino lobby: Slots, Live Casino, Sports, Esports, Fishing, Card games, Instant Win and Cockfight. The FAQ adds lottery and poker. AW8 Casino publishes no game count, and we will not guess one.

Locally, baccarat is what people come for, then slots, then the rest of the live casino. On the slot side you get JILI, NextSpin, FastSpin, CQ9, PlayStar, Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City, plus smaller studios like UUSlot and AskMeSlot. About Us also lists Pragmatic Play, Spadegaming, Microgaming and Playtech.

Online slot games here range from classic reels to bonus-buy titles. A bonus buy can cost many times your stake. Set a cap first. Fishing games have their own arcade tab and share studios with the slots, mainly JILI and CQ9. The provider sets the RTP, and the info panel on any AW8 slot shows it. Check before you spin. For regulars the 4% daily slot rebate is the real draw, and a Plinko mini game is there when you want a change of pace.

All the casino games draw on one SGD balance. No wallet transfers between slots, tables and the sportsbook.

AW8 live casino and baccarat

Twelve studios share the live casino lobby: Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, Sexy Baccarat, Big Gaming, Dream Gaming, WM Casino, Ezugi, Yeebet, OG, Aura and MT Live. Most of the Asian names baccarat players look for are on that list.

Live casino games include classic, Speed and Squeeze baccarat, dragon tiger, sic bo, roulette and blackjack. SA Gaming, Sexy Baccarat and WM Casino deal quick Asian-style rounds; Evolution has the game shows. New to live tables? Evolution’s layouts are the easiest to read. Play a few low-stake hands before raising anything.

Live dealer games earn the instant rebate of up to 0.7%, and the SGD 1,888 Live Baccarat Lucky Streak pays out on long runs. Table limits differ by studio. Check them before you sit down.

AW8 sports betting

Football, basketball and tennis make up the sportsbook, with separate Esports and Cockfight menus. The provider is not named anywhere on the site. Fernando Torres, once of Liverpool and Chelsea, is the brand ambassador and fronts its Premier League marketing.

Football bettors get the SGD 1,888 Soccer Lucky Streak, and the AW8 sport rebate goes up to 0.7% daily. Every AW8 bet slip shows the odds before you confirm. Comparing online betting Singapore sites? Treat this one as a casino with a sportsbook attached, not the other way round.

Deposits land instantly. The FAQ gives 15 minutes to 24 hours for withdrawals depending on the method, which puts AW8 Casino among the quicker instant withdrawal casinos we cover. The full cashier list only appears after login. These payment methods are named on the SG site:

The gateways behave much like the ones at other e-wallet casinos in Singapore: you pay through your own bank app. Most of the list is deposit-only. Pick your preferred payment method in the cashier and check that it handles payouts too. Withdrawals go out in the currency you deposited, and the terms allow the operator to charge reasonable deposit and withdrawal costs.

How to withdraw from AW8

1. Upload photo ID, because payouts need it.

2. Clear any active bonus turnover within its 30 days.

3. Open the cashier, choose bank transfer or USDT and enter the SGD amount.

A pending withdrawal can still be cancelled before approval.

What to do if AW8 doesn’t pay out

Send support your username, the transaction ID and screenshots, then chase it on WhatsApp or Telegram. There is no published complaints procedure, and no Singapore regulator will step in. If anyone asks you to deposit more to “unlock” a payout, don’t.

No. AW8 Casino has no licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA), which means it cannot lawfully offer remote gambling to anyone in Singapore. Since the Gambling Control Act 2022 replaced the Remote Gambling Act 2014, every remote gambling service needs a GRA licence or an exemption, and this site has neither.

Singapore Pools holds the only licence for legal remote gambling, and it covers lotteries, sports betting and horse racing. Casino games are not part of it. Physical casinos are limited to Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa. The law reaches players as well: under section 20(3) of the Act, gambling with an unlicensed remote operator can bring a fine of up to SGD 10,000, up to six months in jail, or both.

A PAGCOR, Curaçao or Anjouan badge gives you no protection here. Neither do lab logos such as BMM Testlabs or iTech Labs, which certify games rather than operators. Singapore internet providers block many of these domains, and the casino rotates mirror addresses to get around that. We do not link to any of them.

So is it a trusted online casino in the technical sense? Partly. Accounts sit behind 128-bit SSL, with iovation and ThreatMetrix fraud checks, but there is no two-factor login. None of this changes the legal position. If you use online gaming sites run from abroad anyway, withdraw winnings regularly and screenshot any promotion you are counting on.

AW8 licence and operator

The AW8 Casino licence picture contradicts itself. The footer shows a PAGCOR “Gaming License” logo, and one FAQ answer names PAGCOR. Another FAQ answer and the About Us page cite Curaçao Gaming, LGMS and iTech Lab, while the terms mention only “valid international gaming licenses”. No licence number appears anywhere. Nor does a company name or a registered address.

AW8 customer support

Customer support at AW8 Casino is open 24 hours a day. Live chat is the main route. WhatsApp and a Telegram bot are the backups, and there are official social accounts as well. The FAQ claims English, Malay, Mandarin and Thai, although the site itself comes in English and Chinese only.

• 24/7 live chat on the website

• WhatsApp and Telegram for follow-ups

• Email addresses differ between pages; start with chat

Ignore the phone line on the Contact Us page. It is unfinished template text.

Responsible gambling in Singapore

AW8’s own tools are a reasonable start: deposit, loss, wager and session limits, plus self-exclusion that lasts at least seven days or becomes permanent. Set them, and a budget, before your first online gaming session there. Treat the casino experience as entertainment, not income.

What AW8 cannot give you is a link to Singapore’s national exclusion schemes, because sites licensed abroad are not connected to the NCPG registry. For that, and for free, confidential counselling, go to the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG).

National Problem Gambling Helpline: 1800-6-668-668 (8 AM – 11 PM daily), webchat available.

Self-Exclusion Programme

Casino play in Singapore is for adults aged 21 and over, and citizens and PRs pay a levy of SGD 150 per day or SGD 3,000 per year to enter Marina Bay Sands or Resorts World Sentosa.

AW8 vs other online casino options

AW8 Casino makes sense for slot players who care about daily rebates and Asian live baccarat studios. If a clean licence trail is what makes a trusted online casino for you, start somewhere else. None of the alternatives below is licensed in Singapore either.

• Stake is a crypto-only global brand with provably fair originals. Our Stake Singapore review covers its daily races and VIP Club.

• 12Play is a long-running Asian brand known for fast PayNow payouts.

• KK8 has a slot-heavy lobby and takes PayNow deposits.

The rivals win on transparency, or on crypto depth in Stake’s case. For the best online value on slot rebates, though, AW8 holds its own, provided you are comfortable with the offshore risk.

Final verdict: is AW8 Casino Singapore worth it?

Our AW8 casino Singapore score is 6.5/10. Day to day it is a good casino experience: a 4% daily slot rebate, the instant rebate on live tables, PayNow deposits and payouts quoted from 15 minutes.

The trouble is everything around that. The licence claims contradict each other, no operator is named and promotion terms sit inside images. Fernando Torres as the face of the brand does not fix a licence. We would point slot and baccarat players who accept the offshore risk here; if you need local protection, do not play. And if you do sign up, you must be 21 or older. Stake only what you can afford to lose.
