You only see the exact bank list, minimums, fees and processing times once you are inside your account. PayNow does not appear anywhere on the public pages. Do not expect a PayNow QR. 12Bank is the strange one among the payment options. Contact live chat first and ask for the reason in writing, with a ticket number. Screenshot your balance, bets and chat. Do not expect a formal complaints process. The terms say management decisions are final and override anything said in chat or email, and no Singapore regulator or dispute body can step in. If anyone asks you to deposit more to “unlock” a withdrawal, refuse.

No. 12Play has never been licensed by the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA), and without that licence it cannot lawfully take bets from people in Singapore. Since the Gambling Control Act 2022 replaced the old Remote Gambling Act 2014, any remote gambling is unlawful by default. The GRA can license or exempt an operator. It has done neither here.
