96ACE Casino Singapore Review — 296% Welcome Bonus & SGD Payouts

The headline deal is the 296% Supreme Welcome (Slot), split across your first three top-ups with a SGD 100 entry point. Unlike the no-deposit free credit casino Singapore players sometimes hunt for, this is a classic deposit bonus with turnover attached. On the third step, SGD 100 at 196% would be SGD 196, but the cap holds that slot bonus at SGD 30. With 30x turnover on deposit plus reward, you need SGD 130 × 30 = SGD 3,900 in bets before you can cash out. Across all three steps, the cap is SGD 75 in bonus money.

The 120% Slot Welcome is the simpler slot bonus if you prefer one large match, and it offers more headroom at SGD 388.

Rebates. Two loss-based rewards soften a bad week. The 1% daily casino rebate comes with no published detail. The SGD 2,888 Rescue Bonus covers weekly net losses above SGD 2,000. Up to SGD 7,499.99 returns SGD 68, and up to SGD 14,999.99 returns SGD 138. From SGD 15,000 you get 6% up to SGD 688–2,888 by VIP level. It lands after 15:00 every Monday.

VIP Transfer. If you hold VIP status at another platform, a transfer reward of up to 100% (max SGD 1,888) applies, with x1 turnover. The VIP section below explains the tiers.

Honest limits. These are attractive bonuses throughout, yet the rules are strict. All bonuses last 30 days, with one reward per person, household, phone, bank, IP address and device, and no stacking. Most slot deals exclude 918Kiss and Mega888, and live deals exclude Blackjack. The Birthday Bonus and the Refer A Friend referral program sit on the promotions page without numbers. We cannot say what the birthday reward is worth or what inviting friends will earn you.

96ACE VIP programme

The VIP programme has five levels. Silver is the entry tier, and the Gold Platinum Diamond Signature steps follow in that order:

A new VIP member who already holds status elsewhere can claim the VIP Transfer Bonus. It runs from 20% (max SGD 88) at Silver up to 100% (max SGD 1,888) at Signature. It carries x1 turnover and a SGD 100–1,000 minimum top-up by tier, and the team must verify your documents first. Each VIP member then collects perks tied to level, such as a higher Rescue Bonus cap of SGD 688 to SGD 2,888. However, 96ACE publishes no tier-by-tier table of perks or benefits, so ask what your level unlocks. A VIP member who keeps chat logs can prove what was promised.

Here is the sign-up route we mapped from the 96ACE How To Join page:

Your full name must match the bank account you later withdraw to, so a typo here can freeze your first cash-out. The casino allows one account per customer, and its system uses iovation and ThreatMetrix to spot shared devices.

KYC can start at any time through random security checks, when staff may ask for documents to confirm your information. Members must report any balance discrepancy within 30 days. For login, new users should bookmark the official 96ACE platform address and skip APK files pushed on social media.

96ACE has no native app for the main casino. Instead, it runs a mobile-responsive site that opens in Android and iOS browsers. The interface keeps the same five product tabs as desktop, with messenger shortcuts close to the menu. A typical mobile flow runs: log in, open the wallet, top up, pick a product tab, then enter the game lobby. The layout follows a simple tab-and-lobby pattern. As a result, the user experience and gameplay stay familiar and fun on small screens, with the comfort of play from home.

The Downloads section adds separate features for third-party slot brands:

• 918Kiss

• Mega888

• NOEK and MGTE

Only install these apps from links inside your logged-in 96ACE profile. APK files from forums are a common malware route on Android devices, whatever ease they promise.

96ACE splits its casino games into five lobbies: Live Casino, Slot, Sportbook, Horse Racing and Lottery. That gives the variety locals expect, from baccarat to esports. The brand shows logos of selected available gaming providers, but it publishes no provider count, no total for its games and no RTP data. You therefore need to check gaming titles inside each lobby. The sections below cover each selection, the gameplay to expect and the trusted providers behind the titles.

Live Casino Games at 96ACE

The 96ACE live lobby puts Live Baccarat first, with card tables beside it. The brand does not list its live studios in writing, but the lobby tiles carry SA Gaming, Evolution/Ezugi, WM and Dream Gaming branding. These trusted providers provide numerous live casino tables across Asia.

Baccarat is the main draw for SG players. Only Banker and Player wagers count toward the Glory 7 Winning Streak promotion. Seven wins in a row pay SGD 196 to SGD 1,996, scaled to a total valid stake of SGD 1,000–96,000. That winning streak payout carries x1 turnover, once per day.

Fans of online blackjack Singapore tables will recognise the hit, stand and double options in this live selection. Be clear on one point: Blackjack is excluded from most 96ACE live promotions, so its turnover will not help you clear the 100% Live Welcome.

The studios behind the lobby usually run these numerous live casino games:

• Live Baccarat (Banker, Player, Tie)

• Blackjack

• Roulette

• Sic Bo

• Dragon Tiger

Roulette, Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger add excitement and faster gameplay between baccarat shoes. 96ACE does not publish table minimums, so check the limit panel before you sit down.

96ACE Live Casino Experience and Rebates

For anyone comparing live casino Singapore options, the 96ACE lobby works in two taps: pick a studio tile, then a table. Dealers run each round on camera, and the interface keeps the bet spots and your balance in one view. The lead games are Live Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger, and gameplay quality depends on your home broadband.

On rewards, 96ACE lists a live casino rebate line next to a slot rebate, but neither rate is public. The 10% Unlimited live casino bonus pays a 5% tranche on live top-ups, with 10x turnover and a SGD 100 cap. It is a modest casino bonus that adds comfort to a longer gaming experience.

Slots and Jackpot Titles

The 96ACE bar for slot titles reads as one row of tabs: popular fruit machines three reel slots five reel slots jackpot slots progressive slots. The lobby covers:

• Fruit-style classics with simple paylines

• Three-reel retro titles

• Five-reel video games with bonus rounds and sharper graphics

• Fixed jackpot games

• Progressive prize pools that grow with every spin

The slot providers appear under short codes: BNGG, CTPY, PPSY, CQNG, MRSY, SEPY, NESP, DNST, SEGG, JLSY, NOEK and MGTE. Downloadable slots cover 918Kiss, Mega888, Pussy888 and XE88. 96ACE publishes no RTPs or game counts for these gaming titles. As a rough guide, five-reel slot games from mainstream studios typically run at 95–97% RTP, so read the gameplay info panel in each game.

918Kiss and Mega888 are excluded from most slot deals, so play those titles with your own money.

Sports Betting, Esports and Horse Racing

The 96ACE sportsbook leans heavily on soccer. The 120% sportsbook terms list the qualifying leagues:

• English Premier League and the FA Cup

• La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1

• Eredivisie, Russia’s top flight and MLS

• UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League

• FIFA World Cup and Copa America

• EURO 2024 qualifiers

Like many Asian brands, 96ACE offers a menu from table games to slot games sports betting poker lottery and horse racing. Only poker is missing here. Esports markets sit inside the sportsbook too, but esports wagers do not count toward turnover on some bonuses.

Horse Racing has its own product tab, separate from soccer. Each horse racing bet goes through that dedicated lobby. Note that a horse racing bet does not count toward the Rescue Bonus, whose terms exclude Horse Racing. If you place a horse racing bet to clear a promotion, check the eligible products first.

Newcomers can take the 120% Sportsbook Welcome up to SGD 388 from a SGD 50 minimum. It carries 25x turnover on real sports events only, with 30 days to clear it. A sportsbook rebate appears on the same list, but 96ACE does not publish its rate.

Lottery, 4D and Other Products

96ACE offers a Lottery tab, and its terms mention 4D, so local number games are part of the mix. Note that 4D here is an offshore game. Singapore Pools remains the only licensed operator for legal remote 4D in the country, and its draws carry local protection that 96ACE cannot match.

Poker fans should look elsewhere. We found no poker product on the official website, and no poker section appears among the five lobbies. Poker is not part of the current 96ACE gaming lineup.

96ACE keeps banking local. For SG users, the payment methods run in this order: PayNow through the payment gateway, then DBS, OCBC and UOB. USDT on the TRC20 network comes last, and internet banking or ATM transfer both work. Top-ups average 1 minute and cash-outs average 5 minutes. The minimum deposit is SGD 30 for your first top-up.

96ACE lists withdrawals by local bank transfer only, so USDT and PayNow cash-outs are not stated. No fee amount is published for any of the payment methods. Overall it is an easy money transferring system. That ease of banking holds as long as the name at one of these banks matches your profile. To cash out:

1. Check that the turnover or winover on any active bonus is complete.

2. Open the withdrawal page in your profile.

3. Choose your DBS, OCBC or UOB account in your registered full name.

4. Enter the amount and submit the request.

5. Track the status, and report any balance discrepancy within 30 days.

If 96ACE delays a payout, open the chat, ask for a ticket reference and keep screenshots. If that fails, escalate in writing through the other contact routes. Because 96ACE is Curaçao-licensed, the GRA has no jurisdiction, so no local system exists to help you recover your money.

Under the Gambling Control Act 2022, all remote betting is unlawful by default unless the GRA licenses or exempts the operator. This Act replaced the Remote Gambling Act 2014.

Singapore Pools is the only operator holding a licence for legal remote betting in the country. Its licence covers lotteries, sports betting and horse racing, not casino games.

On land, only the Marina Bay Sands Casino and the Resorts World Sentosa Casino are licensed to offer casino play. Citizens and permanent residents pay an entry levy of SGD 150 per day or SGD 3,000 per year, while tourists pay nothing.

96ACE holds a Curaçao licence only (8048/JAZ2025-001). Offshore casinos fall outside the local legal framework entirely. The GRA has no jurisdiction over Curaçao-licensed brands, so there is no local dispute resolution if a payout stalls.

Local ISPs block many offshore URLs, so people often access such brands through mirror domains, which bring phishing risk and are not a legal workaround. Our research found that the restricted countries list on the 96ACE site names six countries, from Hong Kong to the Philippines, but not Singapore.

Playing at an online casino that is illegal in Singapore carries penalties under s. 20(3) of the Act: a fine of up to SGD 10,000, up to six months in prison, or both. Enforcement targets operators and facilitators, yet your risk is not zero.

96ACE runs iovation and ThreatMetrix fraud checks and lists testing by BMM, GLI, iTech Labs and TST. Its privacy policy says members personal information stays confidential and secure. These are fair signs of transparency and high ethics, but not a substitute for a trusted local licence.

96ACE customer support

96ACE runs customer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The team answers through six routes, and the Contact Us page asks you to contact us via WhatsApp WeChat Skype, Telegram, email or chat:

• Live Chat: the chat window on every page

• Email: cssg96ace@gmail.com

• WeChat: wynn96ace

• Telegram: casino96ace

• Skype: live:customerservicesg96ace

• WhatsApp: listed, but the official link on the page is incomplete

The brand does not publish target response times. Treat the 24/7 promise as the benchmark, and save chat transcripts for anything that involves money.

Responsible Gambling in Singapore

Casino play is for adults aged 21 and over; the 18+ threshold applies only to products from the state lottery and sports operator. Since offshore casinos aren’t connected to the NCPG registry, they aren’t bound by local self-exclusion rules. Reputable brands still provide their own tools, such as deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. 96ACE does not publish any responsible gambling tools, and its only stated option is closing your profile by written notice.

Set a budget before each session and only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Talk to friends or family if your gambling activity starts to cause worries about bills or time. The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) is the national body that runs prevention, counselling and exclusion services for anyone affected.

• National Problem Gambling Helpline: 1800-6-668-668 (8 AM – 11 PM daily), webchat available

• Self-Exclusion Programme

• Family exclusion and casino visit limits: apply through NCPG

96ACE vs Alternatives

This casino review 2026 edition covers a single brand, not a ranking, so no other brand gets a score here. Still, here are two names with one clear difference each.

EU9 — If sports betting matters more than slot play, our EU9 Singapore review covers a brand built around global and Asian sports with SGD-first banking.

BK8 — For a live-first experience, BK8 openly names its studios, including Evolution, SA Gaming, Dream Gaming and WM Casino, which 96ACE does not.

No other factor matters as much as the product you play most. Among the best online casinos, the right place depends on whether you favour Live Baccarat, slot games or a sportsbook. Pick the online casino that matches that habit, and its offer will earn you more than a bigger headline figure elsewhere.

Final Verdict on 96ACE Casino Singapore

96ACE casino Singapore earns a 7.9/10 overall: a feature-rich offshore brand with fast SGD payouts, but no local licence. For slot fans and Live Baccarat players who want PayNow top-ups and a USDT option, 96ACE casino brings real ease of use. Plenty of bonuses back it up, led by the 296% Supreme Welcome offer, and cash-outs average five minutes. Compared with other trusted online casinos in Singapore, its support hours and loss-cover perks stand out.

It is the wrong place for players who need Singapore-licensed protection or published player-protection tools. The exciting gambling experience comes with an honest trade-off: the GRA has no jurisdiction, so the comfort of a local complaint route does not exist. If you accept that risk, the gaming experience from home is quick and well organised. If you do not, skip it.
