Hearts is a big team. You are being paid for so u must eat the ball at heart because you choose to play.

He, like many of our elderly in society, believes that tough talk & intimidation will give result. This advise is an old clichy...everyone knows that hard work pays. But the talk of "discipline" is NEVER for themselves, BUT TO THE OTHERS. The management should be disciplined too, not (as usual) only the players.

And if it is the coaches who are that bad, what made management hire them in the first place? Guys, remember coach Duncan was making great strides with the team but was fired over issues that could be resolved wisely. The problem is management, a bunch of individuals at the helm who think they know it all but actually are empty headed clueless good for nothing brats.
