Accra Hearts of Oak Board Member Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe has taken the players to the cleanness, preaching on the best principles of discipline and commitment at all times.

Dr Nyaho-Tamakloe, who is known for his tough stance on the subject, was addressing the players at their Legon Ajax Park training ground ahead of their next Ghana Premier League game.

“For you to be successful as footballers and individuals for that matter, you will need to abhor the best behaviour in your career at all times” he told the players.

“You must also be fully committed to the course of Accra Hearts of Oak as this is the club that you represent and one that pays you” Dr Nyaho-Tamakloe added.

He charged the players to learn from their predecessors who even in strenuous conditions served the club very well and went on to achieve great things for themselves and for the nation.

This he added should be an inspiration for them to press on to attain even higher standards as that is the catalyst for which they will be measured while still playing for the club or playing elsewhere.

With three games to end the season, the physician tasked the boys to take the bull by the horn and produce three great performances for Accra Hearts of Oak to close the season.

“Your output in these games would be remembered either for good or for bad reasons and, I charge you to stand up for it and win these games for the club” he said.

Accra Hearts of Oak will play two home games against Ebusua Dwarfs in Accra on Sunday and Medeama SC next Wednesday before ending their campaign with a trip to Bekwai to confront New Edubiase United.

The Phobians are six points behind the leaders Wa All Stars and will need to win all of their remaining games to stand a chance of winning the title at the end of the season.
