1. Kotoko needs to hire players from the North, BA and Ashanti, as it was practiced in the olden days.

2. Kotoko needs their own stadium. Third division clubs in Europe have their own stadium.
3. Big clubs in Europe are hard to beat, but in Ghana, Kotoko and Hearts of Oak are easily beaten by lesser clubs.
4. Solicit funds from the supporters in every village, town and city to build a stadium.
5. Make provision for retired players, who dedicated their entire playing career at Kotoko.
6. Open a chain of stores in the whole country to cushion your financial burdens in the club.
7. Do not buy many players, but rely on old prayers: this always creates inconsistency. Teams like Manchester, Real Madrid buy two or three players every season.
8. Give chance to the colt payers, rather than going for players outside the club.
