Stop complaining and advice the players to learn the basics, concentrate on their development and serve their clubs for at least 3 / 4 seasons. If you play for new edubiase and getting paid chump change. After a while, your skills will develop and a big club like hearts, kotoko or ashgold will come with more money. Then depending on what you do in africa. Another club with deep pockets in africa or outside will come for you. Bstar will come for you. SUCCESS IS not prey kinkrang! Or bugatti! SUCCESS IS auntie dede boneshaker, go slow!

You can't have a mayor of accra or kumasi who shows gross negligence to the development of their cities. What do you think will happen if these mayors do? People will build anywhere, no planning, trash will be dumped anywhere and this is exactly wat is going on with the ghana league. No direction. Grant is right. No developed league needs underdeveloped players to come and play average. They want the best players. No wonder younsee average gh players going out and coming back so soon becos they are simply not prepared. They have average skill, undeveloped like freddy adu. Be a KING at home for at least 2 seasons before you even think of going outhere for so called greener pastures. No foreign club wants gold dust. We all want solid gold

If mayweather vs. Pacquiao see the need to massively promote and market their upcoming fight on several platforms like tv, online, radio, cellphones, Internet, social media, road signs, billboards, casinos, etc. Why can't the gfa, hire a marketing/PR firm to do its publicity for the league?
Nyantakyi is acting like an irresponsible city mayor. That's is why people piss anywhere, spit anywhere, throw trash anywhere, shit anywhere, build anywhere etc....Nyantakyi must run the league and watch it like his prized possession. To curb this high rate of exodus in the league. How many more.players will aspire.tl leave the league at the end of this season? How is that affecting the league's quality and club's participation in africa? SOLUTION: make sure players have a minimum salary. That players must sign a minimum 3yr contract with a chance for opt out or renewal. That player wages be increased based on individual and club performance. That players receive revenue from merchandise sales e.g how many pesewas or cedis will a player like ainooson, fiamenyo etc make if their clubs were to sell their replica jerseys to the public. This is what happens in major league sports in North America. Why can't gfa send its communication and marketing team to epl to learn how the epl markets and promotes its weekly league games and fa cup fixtures? This ain't rocket science. If you are too stupid to do right. Copy from the next person who is doing well. Is this rocket science, nyantakyi? If persons like myself have to tell you how to do your job. Then you simply don't deserve to be there, period!

The salaries are as meager as they are in Ghana, at best less than what they earn in Ghana since rent and food are cheaper in Ghana. These lads end up in countries like Tailand. Why would I ever exchange Ghana with Thailand? But due advises from people like Opeele, the lad ends up putting themselves in worse situations. I'm totally behind Avram Grant on this.
