In all countries around the world, only the best coaches are are hired to handle their national teams, be it a local or foreign coach. But in Ghana we seems to be hiring only mediocre coaches and yet expect high returns. Even if we want to hire a local coach, there are more qualified, tested and proven coaches than Dr. Appiah and this exremely below average coach, Max Konadu. Is somebody trying to tell us that Max Konadu is better than Silas Tetteh, a world cup winner?
