ANYWAY, NO MATTER WHAT HAS HAPPENED THEY ARE AWARE THAT THEY ARE AT WRONG PLACE FOR THE WRONG REASONS.THE AREA HAS BEEN ZONED AND PLANNED AS A RAILWAY STATION AND THAT IS WHAT IT SHOULD BE USED FOR. IF THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MAKES PROVISIONS FOR STORES FOR THE TRADERS THEY CAN ACQUIRE SOME FOR THEIR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES.
IT IS ABOUT TIME WE RECTIFY THE CARELESSNESS OF THE PAST AND DO THE RIGHT THINGS AT THE RIGHT TIME AND PLACE FOR OUR MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL DEVELOPMENT IN OUR BELOVED MOTHERLAND. THE RAILWAY SYSTEM FROM THE CITY IS VERY NECESSARY FOR OUR DEVELOPMENT AND ADVANCEMENT.

Greedy traders have for decades obtained leases/licences to trade at that location...Now it's time for redevelopment. Leases aare supposed to expire...give it up and relocate...no compensation is needed,

most landlords (apartment or mall) just raise the rent every time it comes up for renewal..Unless the economy is bad then they beg tenants to stay put...Most commercial places and even some apartments let you live 1 month fre ... read full comment
