The notion that anyone in the NPP or NDC is smart (and I do not mean book smart or classroom smart) or wise is nothing but a joke on us all. It's been 50+ years since 1966 and if what we have to show for is people still using out doors beaches and any undeveloped space for toilet or gutters being used for dumping household trash then we must be African smart and not the true definition of smart.

Was Ghana not in the same non-aligned nations with the Koreas and other far East Asian nations? If Dr. Bawumia need to know anything about smarts he should look as South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and others and stop playing big fish in the small NPP and NDC pond.
