She colludes with the legal parents of someone (who is disabled) to bring an American citizen to the US, changes the person's name, sets up a fake NGO to help supply her internet cafe with free computers, ends up in court with her cohorts, with one party suing the other of a fallen deal. Who the hell needs this person as part of our new NPP government? Who cares if she assisted with the campaign. So did many others. NPP has work to do and cannot afford to be dragged into explaining the behaviors and characters of dubious individuals like this woman. What experience does she have? She owned and operated and internet cafe, and somehow, waddled into politics to make ends meet? Who the heck is this woman? Nana Addo and Team, Please think twice about her nomination. She was denied a Visa as a result of using political fiat to get a US National deported from Ghana.
If there is evidence that a Court has ruled against this lady in a fraud case it would look very bad for the NPP/Government to make her a Minister.
This would not be the first time NPP would be putting itself up for such humiliation.
Under Kuffuor the US Govt requested for the extradition of the then Deputy Finance Minister Mrs Dapaah (???) to face charges in the US for Slavery (facilitating human traficking of a househelp in Ghana to work for her daughter). The daughter and son-in-law were charged for slavery and sent to prison for 10yrs.
Kuffuor Govt did not comply with the extradition warrant. NPP has a history with the State Dept and should make sure it does not repeat the mistakes of the past.
Her conviction should be brought up at her vetting if the governmment refuses to change her.
