My daughter entered the Cape Coast Midwifery and Nursing Training College in the 2016/2017 academic year and she was bonded. I have a copy of the bond forms with me.

I always blamed the regulatory body of nurses as the root cause to this nurse unemployment. Why accredit so many nursing training schools who graduate so many nurses than what the government can employ in a particular year? Why do we think there not too many medical schools? MDC do that they gain more bargaining power in a demand and supply case. Nursing is a profession and if one trains as a nurse and its not employed the individual can't work as an accountant. The least said about this issue the better
