I was in GH on a holiday and when l went into a drug store in adum, l found out that most of the medicines there was expired. I was so so furious and l told the man to take them from the shelfs

Tramadol or tramol is being abused on a very large scale in Ghana.
It is now used in combination with codeine cough mixture to enhance sexual performance among young men.

It is now used in combination with codeine cough mixture to enhance sexual performance among young men.
Tablets on the black market come in 25mg, 50mg, 125mg and 225mg.
The extent of abuse is horrible and I find it amazing that the FDA is quiet among this menace.
