I am a retiree in excellent health and I thank God for that,but the proper diet is the best. Remember to use food as your medicine or you will die using obroni "medications"as your food.

Keep trying to adjust to the 45 - 60 grams of carbs per meal. And make up the rest with vegetables and meat or proteins like beans. I have been living with diabetes for over 20 years and still working hard at it, good luck
