That is 'competent' NPP. We had a whopping Ghc20 m to celebrate independence yet we we can't afford a party Ghc30,000. to fix an oxygen plant to save lives. These are the people who called themselves competent. God have merc ... read full comment

The CEO is on leave and you need his permission to explain a problem confronting the hospital. This is insane. This happens only in Ghana. Nobody is in an acting capacity to let things run?
