    If we slash down the number of ministerial appointments by 30,we can use that money to cater for these mental patients.Our problem is we don't know our priorities.The way we treat the under-privilege show our character.

    So I guess mental illness is not a concern in Ghana. Just as a person suffering from a physical ailments requires medications or treatments to help them feel better, so likewise the mentally unstable people. Just wait and see ...

    This is too inhumane. How do you chain someone with mental illness like a criminal? Medication is the answer not restraining. Restraint is illegal in any form.
