So I guess mental illness is not a concern in Ghana. Just as a person suffering from a physical ailments requires medications or treatments to help them feel better, so likewise the mentally unstable people. Just wait and see ... read full comment

This is too inhumane. How do you chain someone with mental illness like a criminal? Medication is the answer not restraining. Restraint is illegal in any form.
