He turns around and say when NPP was leaving power, the region had 266 centers and now has 740 without any particulars. So we know for sure NPP created 266 health centers. But if you subtract 266 from 740, you get 474 NOT 740. These people cant even do simple mathematics. Any who, where are the 474 NDC created...please indulge me. Lie, lie pants on fire. Change is on its way.....CHANGE WE ALL DESERVE.
