yes there must be sex education and contraception education to all pupils as if all boys and girls were married. no religious hypocrisy should be allowed to ruin the lives of young people. if having sex with condom is immoral then what about aborting fetuses? also arrest the men who impregnate teenagers and charge them with defilement.
