cholesterol is indeed a silent killer. i read surveysome yrs ago on nytimes and it said that cholesterol kills more ppl than gun violence and cancer deaths. i wa sshocked. do u know that the best selling medicines are cholesterol reducing medications? ha! stop eatcing fat, cheese, palmoil etc or use very little quantities and try as much as u can to walk more and climb the staircase much much more. the leaner you are, the better you are. constantly educating....
