    If the prevalence rate dropped from 3.6% to 1.3%, what happened to the 2.3% of sufferers? Were they cured? :-)

    I had the same question on my mind. Could it be that the gentleman is confusing "prevalence" with the "rate of increase." 1.3% is still a problem!
