Yes, to his credit, President Bush has done a denect job where HIV/AIDS is concerned, especially in Africa where he has given a lot of aid. The problem for me is that President Bush has set the bar so low, that people actually look at John McCain as a viable alternative, even though the guy has no grasp on the economic issues that confront the country. President Bush, for what it is worth, stuck to his word, no matter how misguided and economically unsound it was. He was resolute, in the face of defeat. Other than that, I think he will go down in history as one of the worst presidents in American history, having literally plundered this country's financial resources. He has beaten even his father at being a horrible president.
