    In resource poor regions, C/S done can really be a game changer. Does the research make allowance for referral centers where a lot of complicated cases are sent for management?

    there are lot of graduate nurses sitting at home without employment and we are complaining of lack of medical personel at the hospital .is gov.saying he not aware over to you hon.segbefia( min for health)
