Japan gives $1.66million, Korea to invest $1.5million. We sit here and happily accept such donations with pride while we pay $30million to Wayome and such huge amounts are recklessly paid out because of thievery and stupidity ...

This is an insult to be seen receiving money for something which the Minister of Health should have picked up given the reports and statistic given each year. Even the 2015 Budget statement neever mentioned any improvement in this area at all. NDC is a beggars form of Government loves receiving money from donors and then mis -using/ false accounting for their own self gain.
