How can a piece of paper tell you that a chicken is safe to eat?
It is very simple if the chicken don't look good and is smelling don't eat it. No matter what paper the FDA has given the chicken.

now i further wish to draw the attention of the fda to our small scale and cottage producers of semi process food products like agbelima and other doughs and the likes of fufu, kenkey,fried fish and indeed products of our traditional caterers for instance be carefully monitored and controlled just along similar lines as industrialised and large scale producers who most at times are the target of the fda control measures leaving the small scale producers on their own and who invariably are the source of most of the water and food related diseases like cholera and diarrhoea that haz been allowed to afflict and is afflicting our hapless folks year in year out.
it is even more disgusting and very repulsive to see the environment under which agbelima in particular is produced and stored, under such purgent and very foul smelling odour that emanates frm such agbelima environment and i wish the fda take strigent measures to control this lawless practice.
additionally, the fda must also check the reckless manner cooked is exposed during sales in our communities eg bread and other cooked food.
