    The more unsanitary environment, the loss of State revenues. It's not enough to just have a mandatory monthly cleanup. Where are the waste bins to collect the trash & after collecting it, how do you dispose or get rid of it? ...

    Save lives. Save money. Water and sanitation for all in 20 16 . Politicians, this isthe time to ACT. Your people NEED you. Save the poor mother and school child from walking long distances in search of WATER.
