The FDA needs to simplify and speed up product certification as it takes too long for applications to be approved. Also, the work of FDA and Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) are duplicated and Entrepreneurs are frustrated by inability of the two institutions to have marked roles for each other and not duplicate the services required to get products certified. This will enable entrepreneurs to comply and work with these institutions and make certified products available for consumers.
