Bogus research, the more you run the more you get healthier. These type of research throw dust in our eyes to do less and get you weaker. They are protecting jobs of medical & pharmacy business. I recall hard trainers do not ... read full comment
Bogus research, the more you run the more you get healthier. These type of research throw dust in our eyes to do less and get you weaker. They are protecting jobs of medical & pharmacy business. I recall hard trainers do not even get sick, reduces seeing doctors, & has no need to buy medicines. Don't believe every research. I was a fat man at(98kg) today at (80kg). I started my own jogging & running since 8 years ago. I started from 100meters 3 daysweek with a study clime to 25km
or 27km X 3 days a week plus small fitness once a week. I have become addicted to run. With 13 marathon run (42km,195m) at best 3 hours 30 minutes. My age is now 50 years.You will judge me at 28 or 32 year old. Am very fit, strong, healthy like a 25 year old man looking very smart & feel too good everyday. Yes too much or too little is bad. No body dies for doing more like I do. Just do your own thing. Read & do your own research to get fit.
