To me the whole situation calls for revamping of thecoujnhtry's educational system back to GCE/ A-O LEVEL STANDARDS.
You also need to train real scientists.You need epidemiologists so bad in the country and Africa so bad. You need to emphasise thye NON-CLINICAL ASPECTS OF MEDICINE.
You also need to train people in PLANT MEDICINE( NATUROPATHY AND NUTRITION)---come on Ghana vote Akuffo into power to make these needed changes.
