Yes,Ghana has sanitation problems,if you look at our cities ,the surroundings,our homes no public toiltes in the cities and towns no proper drainage and sewerage system. The poeple are not well educated properly in the school ... read full comment

The poeple are not well educated properly in the schools,Kindergarten and the whole public. Health is expensive and we must prevent Sickness and diseases, so that we dont not become sick,education is not only read and writing but more.
