It is sad that with the dreaded Ebola epidemic hovering around in some parts of West Africa, we are struggling with cholera. It is dirty environment and lack of education which is the cause.

The same problem every year and Ghanaians still refuse to live in a clean environment. Trash in gutters, defecating and urinationg everywhere like dogs.

Yes health education must be intensified
but we should first of all understand
what the word (Responsible)stand for.If
the educators and the audience understand this word and stand by it,
there would't be any out break.
